FreshBed is the first producer (worldwide) to have succeeded in developing a sustainable, actively air-conditioned, and noiseless sleeping system that optimally regulates humidity, ventilation, and temperature and thus can achieve a fresh and allergy-free sleeping climate with an ideal temperature and unparalleled hygiene.


Having been around for 10 years, our goal is to grow strongly in the coming year. Our hard work over the years has paid off and resulted in our state-of-the-art sleep system, the expansion of our collection, including types of mattresses and bedding, and we have accelerated our international rollout.

So If You Are Someone Who Has

As a Customer Service Executive, you are responsible for managing the long-term relationship with our customers and European retailers focusing on satisfaction and quality. 

Job Responsibilities
  • Deal with questions from customers and ensuring that they are settled to their full satisfaction 
  • Maintain contacts with international customers regarding after-sales service activities (incl. annual HEPA replacement and warranty requests) 
  • Monitor customer orders and ensure qualified and on-time deliveries  
  • Make sure all customer information is up to date and each customer can be proactively informed about annual services and relevant new product information 
  • Analyze customer needs and converting them into suggestions that contribute to customer satisfaction 
  • Monitor the quality processes towards customers and proactively identifying bottlenecks and solving them 
  • Point of contact for retailers and provide optimization suggestions for improvement in quality and services towards their customers 
  • Periodically reports to the VP of Sales on the progress of customer services and provide customer insight analytics 
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support internal processes and activities that contribute to customer satisfaction and quality 
  • On request of the MT supporting with internal FreshBed projects that contribute to the growth of FreshBed


Required Competences: 

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position within an international company preferable in luxury goods and/or retail and/or innovative products 
  • You take responsibility and have the guts to take ownership of your own tasks and are not satisfied until you have achieved the customers goals. 
  • You can easily apply structure to your time and priorities to get things done. 
  • You have a 'can-do' mentality and you get energy from challenges and engaging customers. 
  • You have the ability to listen actively and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters easily. 
  • You are eager to go the extra mile to engage customers. 
  • You are a multitasker and can remain calm and focused in stressful situations. 
  • You can deal with different personalities because you can communicate personally and effectively.  
  • You are eager to learn and like to keep developing your knowledge and skills. 
  • You are making suggestions and undertaking actions in other areas than your own responsibility and stimulating your colleagues to do the same. 
  • You continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and make suggestions for implementing these opportunities. 
  • You have a good knowledge of both the Dutch and English language
