The key focus of the position is to generate new market opportunities & partnerships in the Swiss market as well as expand the existing customer portfolio.
The Sales Manager will be a fundamental part of our regional sell-with, sell-through, a go-to-market strategy that includes developing solid business relationships with new and existing customers for FreshBed. This will require;
- Direct engagement with large or strategic customers in the high-end luxury hospitality segment
- Working with and selling through FreshBed’s channel partners
Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand and apply the fundamentals of a prospect or customer’s business environment, organization, and strategy are essential to success in this role. As an ideal candidate, you possess the aptitude and or relevant sales or marketing experience to easily understand and articulate the business value of FreshBed's collection and solutions to C-level executives and stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years track record of overachievement and selling, both directly and through partnerships, specifically to DACH 5* hotels and wellness centra
- Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA
- Understanding and experience with partnership management sales models.
- A good understanding of and network in the high-end luxury hotel and wellness centra
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
